This Refund Policy clarifies how payments and cancellations are handled on CoachingCompare.in. Please read it carefully before making any payment to us.

Important Clarification

CoachingCompare.in does not sell coaching course seats, collect institute tuition fees, or process admissions on behalf of coaching centres. Any fee paid directly to an institute is governed solely by that institute’s own refund and cancellation rules.

Free Platform Services

Core comparison tools, rankings, methodology pages, study resources, and standard counselling inquiry forms on CoachingCompare.in are provided free of charge. No refund applies to free services.

Paid Optional Services (If Any)

If CoachingCompare.in introduces a paid advisory, research, or verification service, the following principles apply unless a specific order confirmation states otherwise:

• Cancellation before work starts: Full refund within 7 business days of written cancellation.
• Partial delivery: Pro-rata refund for undelivered portions, assessed case by case.
• Completed delivery: No refund once the contracted report, audit, or advisory deliverable has been shared.
• Duplicate / erroneous charges: Full refund after verification.

How to Request a Refund

Email admissions@coachingcompare.in with your payment reference, date, and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Disputes
